I've got a Abit IP-35e, I installed Corsair XMS26400 2gb kit with these timings 5-5-5-18. What and where should I make the changes in the bios as it is really-really complex ????

there a thing called manual that comes with ur mobo read it and it will solve ur problem

Now a weird thing is happening. Every alternative boot up, it resets to the default clock speeds. And every other boot, it automatically sets itself to the overclocked speeds  I really don't know whats going on inside, but this is a real messed up mobo

Its called 'FSB reset', it happens when U power off PC from main switch for over 7-8hrs. If U want simple solution, use BIOS 12. or never turn off from UPS.

^^ Lol I got that. Just that two weeks back, once it reset, it stayed that way. But now, it sets itself to the overclocked speed every alternative boot. That's what is weird

Did you do it through Command line (DOS) or the windows utility...

If you did it using windows you might have just bricked your mobo....:(
