If the ratings are from members who have rated you before, then the count doesn't increase.
Eddy ,

Why Is It So .In that Case They did another transaction right ? which was executed by both parties properly right .

Its just in place to avoid misuse i guess.

whats the itrust score and total feedback on your profile ?

The total transaction count is different than the number of members you have dealt with.

EDIT : nvm, i saw it on ur profile, 170 is itrust and 220 is total feedback. u have dealt with 170 different ppl on the site and 50 times with some of the same guys so those transactions wont count although it will be shown on the counter.

In that case, what happens if I am to rate a dealer positive for one deal and negative for the next one?

As said precisely by psyph3r - to prevent misuse. Its not a bug, its intentional.

There is a counter for all feedback. But the iTrust score changes only with ratings from new trade parties.

Just tried it, and they both cancel out each other :)

Thanks, so the iTrust score is dependent on the number of people who have given a rating.

Since a positive and a negative rating cancel each other, what will happen in case of a neutral ratings?

From what I understand

1 or multiple positive ratings = +1 to score
1 or multiple negative ratings = -1 to score
positive + negative rating = 0 to score

neutral rating = 0 added to score( guessing here )

sorry for being so pedantic, but can you confirm this?
