Interested to buy a M-ITX Cabinet which can take a full size PSU (Like CM Elite 130)
Dvd drive slot not mandatory but desired. Budget under 2k shipped
 
I think you're budget is too low (especially considering it's shipping included).
I'd recommend raising you're budget a bit. About 3.5k should get you some great offers.
