IT IS 1333 MHz not 13333MHz..

and u Should go for The Evergreen Corsair 450 This comes With a 5 Years Warranty . and is Known to B very Reliable...

This is Just me Saying . Wait for THE TECH Experts to thrown Light on this

If you plan on getting a graphic card in the future go for the corsair vx450 for about Rs 3700. It'll last you longer than the other two, especially if you decide to upgrade/change your rig in the future.
Otherwise get the gigabyte. Corsairs also got a 400w psu, but I don't know how much that costs.

Man follow the format given http://www.techenclave.com/pc-buying-advice/notice-all-those-who-need-help-138633.html and wat do you plan to use the rig for Gaming, HTPC, Download, office work please specify or we cannot give you a satisfactory reply

anyways if you plan to have a graphic card installed now or later get the Corsair VX 450W or Cooler Master Real Power Pro 460W -- 3.5K
for office use go for the Corsair CX 400 W -- 2.5K
for cabby for gaming NZXT GAMMA ( without SMPS ) ~ 2K
for cabby casual home PC Zebronics Bijli with 400 W SMPS pre installed ( suggest you replace this with aforementioned SMPS ) ~ 1.5K

that should be all and hard disk buy at your own discretion, recommended not to go for Western Digital Green Edition as a couple of my friends have had issues with them
Cheerio and best of luck with the build :)
