could someone give me the instructions to jailbreak iPod touch 2g on firmware 2.2

Also any suggestions for cases (not very expensive) available in local markets.

had jailbroken long time back to the tethered version, finally upgraded today to the untethered version

lets see now what Apple has to give in the next firmware update
