THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The return journey of a British fighter jet that made an emergency landing at the Thiruvananthapuram airport is likely to be further delayed.
The Royal Air Force (RAF) carried out repairs with the assistance of RAF engineers, but the result fell short of perfection. The helicopter returned to HMS Prince of Wales with the first pilot, Mike, after assigning the new pilot, Freddie, to fix the problem. Initially, Mike was reluctant to leave the aircraft. He was later provided accommodation facility by the Air Force.

I have seen many videos of Indians working on F35. Even Indians working on cutting edge battery tech and advanced chip designs, I know for a fact that they studied in India because they still have the english accent. Not a native born Indian American. These people then get green card and stay they there.
But on the other hand Chinese students studing or working in USA go back to China and what ever they learned from research is taken back into China either by what's in their head or physical storage device.
China has a vision and ambition and working towards it.

There is a reason . The Chinese govt sponsors education and they agree to return back to China after a definite period of time . Chinese also maintain China towns where you have the ex- army , ex -police overseeing the interests of the Chinese . This is more prominent in Africa .
Chinese bring in labourers who were prisoners in China on the condition that they work in Africa . Those prisoners are deployed in prohibited mining sites where even the Africans would not venture . They come in Africa without knowledge of any other lanuguage except Chinese . These china towns effectively control them and when get caught for illegal stuff they are deported .
The highest no. of people deported from Africa are the Chinese . All sorts of illegal stuff like cyber crimes , illegal exports are carried out by the Chinese and the people in Chinatown take care of bribing , keeping the Chinese in line etc . It is a very organised system .
Why can't India do that?
Fund their best minds and then ask them to return the favor.
