Was getting almost zero network speed on 5g and very slow speed on 4g from past week and they sent me an sms as always asking for feedback on their network. So I selected the middle face first and it won't submit. Tried refreshing the page on 5G/4G and it still wont submit. Tried all faces one by one from left to right and it still won't submit. On the smiley face, it only gives high praise for their rubbish network.
So yeah, even their feedback page is rubbish. Don't bother with leaving feedback for this company.
