PC Peripherals Joystick suggestions?

Hey all !

Need suggestions for a flight controller/joystick to be used with MS flight simulator.

Here's the thing:

My old OEM joystick died on me last week and I need a really good replacement. Missing the sim real bad!

Requirements:

1. Four independent axes !

2. Throttle control

3. Min. two buttons on the stick (one being the trigger button)

If possible:

1. Helical spring based

2. Extra programmable button on the base

3. Multidirectional hat / hat switch

4.Force feedback

Brands considered:

Saitek, Thrustmaster, Genius & Logitech

Also open to cheaper brands that meet the requirements.

Budget:

5K is the upper limit !

Lower the better

I'd prefer buying it locally

Also open to ordering it online, domestic or international shipping.

Looks like KMD still isn't accepting orders.

So do help me out with this.

P.S: I'm NOT looking for a game pad / xbox controller.
