Hi Just Got An E5200 What Sort Of Speeds Can I OC It To Safely?

Cant Say What Motherboard I Have Bcause I Havent Got It Yet.
500gb sata
2GB Ram
Rubbish Graphics Card, 256 PCI-E I Think.
Also A Little Out Of Tpic But Would This Run Adobe CS5?
 
Can do about 3.2~3.3G on stock cooler safely or with an aftermarket cooler can do close to 4Ghz or even a bit above if lucky.
 
I've been running my E5200 @ 3.33Ghz (on stock cooler) for almost 3 years. No problems so far. Rock stable.

Motherboard: Gigabyte G31M-ES2L, RAM: 2x2GB Corsair XMS2.
 
I have Gigabyte G31M-S2L and Intel E2180(Stock Cooler).

I want to OC it @2.4GHz.

I don't wanna take too much risk cos I'm never did any kind of OC.

So,me too looking for a tutorial for total novice like me.....
