I am using the Airtel 250 + night top-up plan. The night top-up price is Rs. 100. I just got a mail from Airtel that they have increased the top-up rental to Rs. 199 from existing Rs. 99. Here's the mail:
Now, what the hell is this? and what is this "Speed on Demand" stuff. I am not able to open the "Speed on Demand" login page from my office.

Here i would like to bring to ur kind notice that we have modified the plan details for the DSL unlimited top-up that u have subscribed to. The unlimited services will now be available from 8 PM to 8 AM, instead of the current 9pm to 8am, with a superior experience backed by enhanced and upgraded network. The rental of the top-up is thus revised to Rs.199 per month.
I hope you will continue to enjoy the services. The new tariff will be applicable from ur next bill cycle(starting from the 26 nov 07).
