Linux Karaoke with YouTube on desktop.

I've got a computer running Debian connected to 2 monitors and a TV.
I'd like to use it for karaoke, singing along with YouTube lyric videos.

For sound output I've got the motherboards ports, a bluetooth headset and my Nvidia 4060's HDMi. I'd like to have the microphone connected via the motherboard or bluetooth, and output the sound via HDMi to my TV's speakers.

How do I do that?
 
I am able to play back my voice while a YouTube video plays. The problem is that it's not a seamless experience. I used Audacity to record both streams, but that's not something I can do if I have guests over.
I've tried karaoke software, but they need special music files, which are expensive and very limited, and when guests come over I won't be able to offer them something they're familiar with.
I am also considering getting an external Bluetooth audio mixer, but I think my computer should be able to do the job without any external hardware, I just don't know how...yet.

Maybe try to use VoiceMeter Banana to route mic audio to play in tandem with computer audio..

That worked! Thanks a ton!!
I had to tinker around with the latencies and volume levels to get it to play nice, but it works.

Now I need to find a good mic.

That looks interesting, but I'm running Linux, so it won't work for me. Thanks for the suggestion.
