Karbonn has officially launched its A18 Android smartphone in India . The A18 with 4.3 inch display runs Android 4.0 ICS and is dual-SIM enabled .

I have ordered this phone from flipkart,and it would be going to delivered by 11 to 12 september. Unfortunately, i have not seen all the features of this phone i just saw the dual sim facility and 5 MP camera. Before buying this phone i have seen karbon A9 and i found good build quality so, i buy this phone on the basis of that. I am looking for the response of this phone.
 
i read on flipkart (review on the A9) by someone that the company does not even take calls on their toll free number. So absolutely no support after spending close to 10k on a device.
