Scenario 1 : I bought Arctic Freezer iii 360 and it doesnt fit jn my cabinet. I read the specs of TD500 Mesh v2 instead of v1. Now I have to either buy a new cabinet (eyeing an Antec C8) or sell this cooler at a loss . Right now I have AK400 for Ryzen 5700x3d.

Scenario 2 : I have a 4070ti super and an RTX 5080FE. Which one to keep and which one to sell ? 4070ti super is only 2 months old.

Help me what to do. Thanks in advance.

Either you have to sell the Arctic Freezer or sell the fake frames GPU, just saying.
For buying a new cabinet.
Decide yourself.

Considering you will have a hard time selling the cabinet (primarily due to shipping such a large item). I'd say you should sell the AIO and get another that fits. BTW why do you need an AIO for 5700X3D? I have the same processor (-30mV all core undervolt) and it runs so quiet and cool on my Ant Esports ICE-C612 V2. Your AK400 is about same or better in performance so unless you are going for visual aesthetics there's no point.

4070ti super and an RTX 5080FE
have a 5070 Ti and a 5080 FE
Ah suffering from success....
If I were you I'd keep the one which is more power efficient or more frames/per watt.

Even v1 TD500 has 3x 120mm fans at front, but still it doesn't support 360mm AIO? Weird. AK400 is enough for 5700X3D with a good airflow case. I'm using my AK400 with 9800X3D (but with -20 offset, still it is able to handle 125W easily at 100% load at 80-82C). A friend is using his AK400 with 5800X3D. Unless you want to see sub 60C or so temps while gaming, AIO is always an overpriced cooling solution. My 9800X3D runs at 65-70C while gaming (usually 50-70W), my GPU runs slighlty higher at 70-73C avg while gaming (it is a 7900GRE at 295W).

5080 is better by maybe 30-35%. Why buy the 5080FE if you had no intention to make the upgrade? 4070Ti Super's resale value will be affected because of 9070XT, can't do much about it.

IMO sell AIO & 4070Ti Super but in the end it is your call. Selling a cabinet will be harder because of size.

I would upgrade the cabinet tbh, cooler is excellent and is future proof/compatible with all future processor.. you've already bought it why take the hit on it.

Buy a new cabinet like the H5 flow (2024) and put it inside it.

Use the 5080 FE and sell the 4070 ti instead, not everything has to be about saving a buck value/$ etc etc.

Sometimes its also about what the heart wants.. imo mine would've hurt more selling the 5080 and a cooler i just bought.

just my 2cents sir.
