As the title says i have a unique problem, when ever i try to search anything in start menu, key strokes are not registered, i have to run "ctfmon.exe" every time to enable keystrokes. Attaching video for reference.
any suggestions?

Upon quick googling -

Try pasting shortcut of "ctfmon.exe" in
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

See if it works.
Also your "ctfmon.exe" is in system32 folder, right?

Reasons for this happening, aggressive debloat scripts, registry entries messed up, language keyboard changes.
