Kids GPS Tracker.

My 3 year old kids goes to school and I would really like to keep a watch on her movements. Was wondering about this:Mini Spy Realtime GPS/GSM/GPRS Tracker System Device | eBay

Does any one have any comments? Any better alternatives?

^Right, however apparently the ones sold in India are twice expensive. @Ebay they sell for somewhere about $50.
