kindly help to find the Driver for this

Do you see the device in device manager???

IF YES

... did you try something like automated driver update...sometimes these things work a charm...

I always use SLIM DRIVERS FREE and have never needed to search for drivers for my hardware...also its not at all crapware like other utilities ... pls give this a try... keep the hardware attached and pc connected to net during the scan..

I am not sure but i think you should also attach the lan cable with the converter... just try with and without it
