I Use BenQ 28” EL2870U 4K monitor for gaming and Entertainment. It gives premium Sounds / AMD freesync with Eyecare features and it’s price around 21-22k

Yup 4k seems to be the norm. Just confused if its of any use to buy one with a high refresh rate ?

Depends if you care about going over 60 fps which is usually only necessary for competitive esports games like Pubg CS GO etc

Cheaper is better if price is your consideration but I would go with 144hz screen or even better 240hz screen.

I can vouch for this one. Matte display, 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate ( though not able to utilize fully due to GT710 GPU, cannot overpay for 3xxx series). Using it for more than a year, zero issues.
