I do not think there is much difference between transcend and kingston these days. Very strictly speaking kingston will cost u a bit more and it is supposed to be better than transcend just a bit, but i doubt that any noticeable performance difference can be recorded.
But going by current trends, you can get good GSKILL/CORSAIR rams if you are willing to spend just a bit more(around 5k types).
So if you really think that the work you do with your pc will be greatly impacted by the ram chips, spend a bit, else go for any of transcend/kingston.
