I had used Altec Lansing MX5021 for 2 yrs. After that I bought this one.
My personal opinion is that its better over all than Altec Lansing.:D

Hi,

Am interested. But not at this price.

if u r willing to reduce the price, contact me.

Do u need an amp with this, or does it have inbuilt amps ?

PP.

Klispsch Promedia 2.1 is apparently better than the GMX and the last time I checked is available at Rs 9600 brand new. I got these prices around 3 months ago in Pune.

i have read on quite a few sites. .about the hissing sound... hmm..what's up with that? does that happen @ low volume?

the hissing sound is a common "problem"... you won't hear it unless you're sitting damn close (like 15cm distance between your ears to the satelites) in a quiet room... doesn't affect playback once sound is playing, you can't hear it... the hissing is only there when nothing is playing...
