i'll tell you why , he pm'd me saying my stuff has arrived and i was told to pay the domestic shipping and handling , now the day he sent me that pm , he did not login at all after that .

possible reason to be paranoid according to you ?

This thread was created for feedback, your problems are understandable but, creating more threads with regard to dealer feedback when one is already active avails to no consequence.

People who have dealt with KMD are aware of his reputation. It has been a long standing one at that, give him time or maybe try to contact him via a mobile number, i'm sure he will resolve your issues.
 
called kmd today.. nothing has arrived ... god knows when it will arrive....this will be the last order with kmd.....for future purpose i will use ICC world for my purchases abroad........my order was placed on 24th of june today is 9th august.... how many days will u need man???? i didnt order a car from US .. i just ordered a shoes.....funny part is kmd promised me that he will deliver within 20th july....thanks for the services u have given me in the past.. really dissapointed with your service....

My was placed on 23rd June :(
 
My payment was made on 11th June - close to 8 weeks and nothing to show for over 4K worth of hard-earned money. This is *so* frustrating. I have half a mind to start calling lawyers to figure out how to get my money back. It seems that's the only way things are going to go anywhere, at this rate.

KMD - if you are reading this (logged in or not) I want a refund. Your absolute silence and non-cooperation is making matters worse. If you know what's good for you, you will refund the cash and/or make good for the 6 additional weeks of delay (your PM explicitly states 2 weeks). This is absolute nonsense and no way to treat (cheat?) your loyal paying customer base.

Definitely the last time I use KMD, past history notwithstanding. I made an attempt to email him on his official email ID, but no response. I am at the point where I have lost faith in the seller.

As for separate threads, I nominate that this thread be renamed from 'KMD feedback' to 'KMD: status of non-delivered items'. This is not generic feedback, it's about an AWOL seller who has made specific assurances and failed them. And has not posted updates or information or status, and therefore has effectively disappeared.
 
I had paid for my WD media player on 23rd June and he had promised me to deliver this by second week of July.I have been waiting for close to 7 weeks.

I need a refund as I am not interested in his service.

MODS are you listening??
 
I ordered my products on the 7th of June, after a huge wait I thank my stars that I have got my refund. You have some stupid people who take your calls at office and they have no clue of anything to do with your business. A simple matter of refund made me waste more than 20 calls, outrageously annoying to say the least. The worst deal I have had here on TE with any seller. Will never again order a single thing through you in future. Terrible, terrible service. :@ :@ :@
 
i have an RMA pending can't even take a refund , please don't piss him off or my stuff will be stuck forever :@

and yes any one who has his number please post it here , all the previous ones are not working.

hmmm...now this is sad, After such flawless? service for these many years, its disappointing to see him go/disappear? like this......
