There is a brand named Kupa. And they are preparing a range of Windows 8 running slates, all with high resolution 1920*1200 displays. Perhaps you'd be interested. Kupa will release four different Win 8 slates with Intel's Core i5 or Core i7 processors. In addition, they may pack as much as 8 GB of DDR3 RAM and 128 GB SSD drives. That sir, is nothing short of impressive!

The Kupa X15 Ultra is a beast. An Intel Core i7 processor in a portable tablet, a 10 point WUXGA (1920*1200) resolution display of IPS make with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM. That's not a typo, it's 8 GB. For storage you have screaming fast SSD (128 GB of it).

The tablet is completed with 3G modem (inbuilt) for HSPA+/WCDMA fast mobile data on the go. You also have a 5 MP rear camera & 1.3 MP front camera for video calls. All this comes with a pretty hefty price tag of $1,600 which is pretty steep. But you gotta pay to get the best.

The cheapest model is the X15 Elite. You have the same 8 GB of DDR3 RAM. However, you lose the 3G modem slot and half of your internal storage (64 GB SSD on this model). The processor is a slightly slower Intel Core i5 model. Rest all specifications remain the same which makes this model a very good value proposition (relatively) at just $1,100.
