I have 9 computers in my office (1 in my room and rest in other places) . I have connected 8 computers on LAN except mine , now I am planning to connect my pc to the LAN too , but is there any setting that will let me to access other peoples desktop (to check whats going on since i am the boss 
) but they should not be able to access my pc from their desktop.
(sorry if its a very silly question , i am not much of technology guy)
