LAN TF2 Tournament in Delhi on 13th July

Guys there is a Free Tournament being sponsored by respawn cafe in West Delhi on 13th of July. Entry is completely Free. They will provide us with their computers but we are free to bring our own accessories.

Now we can form our own clan for Delhi, though wud be named as tMg. And I am hoping Maxaxe, Monty, Shatter(hopefully)(Edit : Explanation needed, these are players who are already from one of the 4 clans for TF2 that we have in India) are atleast in. My sister might come as well, she is an excellent Medic/Engg. Now anyone in Delhi who is interested is most welcome and can post here.

Prize money might not be big(I have been promised there will be some) but atleast it will be fun playing TF2 in LAN environment. This tournament is just to promote TF2 in gaming competitions etc.

Registration is not must, but if you wish you can register here,

Let me again conclude, the tournament is completely free, no need to bring your computer but you are free to bring accessories. And there is prize money/prize as well for the winners.

Tournaments starts at 12'o clock. Any other queries please throw at me.
 
Ahh :@, not in Pune or Mumbai.. I was waiting for TF2 Tournament since long time... Can I join from here???? :P
 
hehehehehehe, i know how it feels, according to respawn cafe guy, this is in association with valve, so hopefully valve might do the same in other cities as well.....

though its team vs team.....but i guess there wont be other clans, just individual players, so though if we have a team thats great and we will play as a clan otherwise, i guess they wud simply group the players according to the whatever seems fit to them.......

Some info to be added :

Dunno if its a setback or advantage, but clans are supposed to be only 5 members each, initial map wud be 'Floodzone', havent played it yet, guess will have to check the map....

any servers in asia hosting the map???? will go back and try to play on it today....bad thing is that...according to the owner, either he have his own team or just regulars of the cafe(i was not able to understand properly), who play on this map....
 
i am sure you will find a lot, if nothing else , I can surely host this for you on the weekend on 2 mbps conn. maybe get some of us regulars and try and play.

map sucks big time tho. css people like it because of sniping.
 
oh shitz.....thats why the guy was saying he is hoping for atleast 70-80 guyz and maybe more....and i was thinking there are not so many TF2 players in Delhi, now i know, all the cs players wud be trying their luck in TF2, or they already do in his cafe, but again, spies ftw.....:)
 
My nick is [LOZL]Grimmjow and i play any class except demo,scout and soldier but i play Spy most of the time (doesnt mean am good at it :D) and ya what map is Floodzone??
 
As expected tMg.tf2 rolled over all the opponents, never losing any cap points, so basically we steam rolled all other opponents but this wud not have been possible without our fellow TnT members, shatter and jiteshdivine a.k.a Ins@nity.

On a personal front it was great looking at my score board with me dominating all the opponents in the finals. It was damn fun playing TF2 on Lan and hopefully TF2 wud be included in some other future LAN tourneys.
