Laptops Lappy for 30K?

A friend is looking to buy a lappy. His budget is around 30K.

Needs - Basic purposes

Give a serous look to Acer 4520, with Dual core Athlon X2- U should be able to pick it up for 26k--my daughter has been using one for past 7 months- excellent lappy.
