hi guys i have a laptop seagate hdd 2.5' of around 250 gb capacity.it suddenly failed and now it isnt getting detected.the serial no on it shows no guarantee on seagate website and they show that contact oem.and laptop had warranty of 1 year and its around 2 years old.so warranty not given from purchase site.so anyways now that the drive isn't getting detected even on desktop,i wanna try something on it be it hardware or software and want to repair it if i can.so can i try something to repair it???data not necessary just wanna revive it.

If your drive is dead, and you don't need the data, there is no point in reviving it.. it wont be reliable.
Software cannot help.
You can source an identical PCB from an identical hard disk and replace yours.
