Laptops Laptop ~ 35k / Any Dell deal

Looking to purchase a laptop on behalf of a cousin who is a student and needs it for her basic needs.
Should be reliable and good build quality and serve her for 2-3 years easily.
I would prefer a 14incher which seems to be ideal for a student.
I shortlisted Dell Inspiron 14 and Lenovo G430 models.

I think there was a good priced config from Samsung or LG as well.

Also is there any good deal on Inspiron 14 at present?
 
I am actually looking for a 14 incher but can get 15 too if the deal is good.

Can anyone help get a good deal on Inspiron 14/15?
