Laptop buying confusion

Hello to all.
Guys am looking for a 15" laptop which

1. can play Mafia2 game at hight or med settings (the only game i will play).
2. should not get much hotter while gaming.
3. have good screen and battery backup.
4. General computing.
@ 35k max.

My confusions/queries are
1. Can Intel HD 4000 graphics are sufficient for mafia 2
My decision is becoming though day by day. plz help:scared14:

1) Acer 5755G Laptop. The Best available laptop in market which has 2nd generation Corei3 processor with a 2Gb ram speed and 500Gb harddisk and it has a Nvidia GPU GT 540M and has Usb 3.0 Support. This will be approximate till 30.5k.

2) Asus K53SM-SX808D.
This is the laptop with core i3 processor,4Gb ram,500gb hard disk,1 Usb 3.0 port and it has 2Gb Graphics of 610M. this will be avaialable till 31k in local market.
