I would say Asus for around 85k. Q9xxx + GTX 260 = 10 times the performance of the above config in games.

For gaming anything below a 9600GT or 4670 is a complete waste.
 
dont buy xps 16 apart from heating and vent block issue. another important thing is the gfx card xps 16 in india is with 3670. and 2 weeks ago xps16 with 4670 is launched in usa so wait. it will be soon in india too.

Dude if this lappy is available in India, GO with IT. Superb config in that $1200 Price.
You can get it from KMD (If not available in indian market). I think he is also giving some support regarding warranty. You will have to contact him in this case for that.
Also I think Croma people has launched gateway laptops through their outlets.
So I think they would probably provide some info about warranty.

Otherwise, If you dont wanna stretch your budget above 70K, Think about HP Pavilion DV6 laptops. Specially 1154tx. I am using the same. And It's really really excellent performer.
