21-30k Laptop for AutoCad

Hey guys,

A friend of mine wants to buy a laptop(2nd hand) of this configuration:
i3 5005U 2Ghz
4GB RAM
Intel 5500

It is dell latitude 3560. He's getting it for 11k.

He plans to run AutoCad 2017 on it.
Will it run fine on the laptop? He is a 3rd year architecture student. So w.r.t. his work?

I don't know anything about autocad or architecture.
System requirement seems to be fine.

Please help me guide him on this. Whether or not he should go ahead with this or buy another laptop.

We have the Latitude 3460, not the 3560. Since its from the same series, it should be a good (business class) laptop.

Coming to AutoCAD, we have someone who runs it on a i3, 4th gen and not much issues with simpler designs. He is running the AutoCAD 2018 Mechanical version however.
