What's your Budget?
Between 25 and 30K.

What will be your primary usage for the notebook be?
Web surfing/office apps/casual gaming/some light photoshop work.

What size and weight considerations do you have?
14-15" will do. Weight normal.

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest?
Not really. Easy after sales service preferable - location New Delhi.

Any other considerations?
Decent battery life, widescreen, matte screen if possible.
 
Dell Vostro 14 V3446; comes with anti-glare screen. It would cost around 28-30k. Another one is Lenovo B40-70.

In general you would be good to go with 4th gen Core i3, 4GB RAM and 500GB HDD as base specs.
