Laptop for dad 35-40k

Hey guys, my dad urgently needs a Laptop, so this would be an nice time to convince him to buy a 40k lappy, which shall satisfy my needs :angel:

*What's your Budget?
35-40K Strictly !

*What will be your primary usage for the notebook be?
Primary : Web surfing , HD movies , Secondary : Gaming, like cod series , BF3 & others .

*What size and weight considerations do you have?
A 15+" would do .

Well after searching i thought of going for the HP Pavilion G6-2005AX , But the processor is what making me to look at other options.
& hows Asus K53SM ?

Your dad plays such games or gaming for you

Street pricing is about 35.5k or so. Just 2GB of RAM. Though you can add 4GB more for ~1k and bring up the total RAM to 6GB.

Not inline of your requirement.
Notev: One of my friend is happy with fujitsu i5 2gen, 4gb, 500gb, 14" for 32k, modify to 8gb & 128gb ssd.

& Delivery time is 10-12 days ( Online Dell rep ) even tried at Local Dell store & same thing.
any place to get them fast ?
