Need a reliable laptop for web development, just want it to have a ssd and a decent processor and 16GB RAM. No need of discrete gpu. As per my experience acer has horrible hinges and overall build is really weak.

go for something with Lenevo or Acer as you prefer. I bought an acer laptop with ryzen 7 7730u 16gb ram and 512gb storage for like 36k but it was during a sale. So either you have to wait or get Ryzen 5 laptop maybe. Also I prefer AMD over intel in this range as they tend to perform better as well as give better battery life too. [These are my personal opinion other people's experience may vary]
