Laptop for university in the UK

Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy a laptop for university work in the UK. Mainly student work.

What's your Budget?

What will be your primary usage for the notebook be?
University work(documents, presentations etc)

What size and weight considerations do you have?
a 14" or 15" screen should be fine.

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest?
Dell mostly(Looking at Inspiron 14r or 15r

Any other considerations?
I'm aware that dell offers purchasable extended international warranty if bought from India. That's what I need.

Apart from that, basic Video calling on Skype to stay in touch with the people back
home. Downloading movies off torrentz and watching them and maybe simple photo editing.

Well I don't really know what to reply since you have already decided on getting Dell Inspiron 14/15R. :)

So yea, just get the model you like and yes you are making the right choice.
