Budget 21-30k Laptop from US [in a week]

Someone I know coming from US and need a laptop / net book for my dad.

1. Not more than 13" screen
2. Should be light weight as possible
3. HD playback would be good.
4. Zero gaming / high end graphics not required
5. Budget upto 30k, but if around 25k it would great.

Brand NOT preferred : Acer, Lenovo

More importantly there should be some savings or a good bargain for the config (otherwise what would be the point buying from US)

I also looked at MBA, 11", refurb but it costs approx 41k :-/ [link - http://store.apple.com/us/product/FC968LL/A ] is there any way to get it cheaper ? Around 30-35k ??
 
Seems good. I guess Dell does not provide international warranty. Is it 37k in India ? I checked in Dell India's page, but they have not mentioned the price...

And any other models apart from this ?
