Dell XPS 15z-L511z is Not Charging the battery. Tried by replacing with New Battery, It is Not charging.
1. What is the issue
2. Is it repairable ? If yes Approx Cost.

Charging ic/circuitry issue. Better to get this checked through Dell or a good after market service center.

you bought a new battery first ? instead of taking to service center ?

It can be adapter issue also right ? Take it to service center and they will first diagnose and tell you the real issue.
 
Most prob chaging circuit or connector. Mine needed connector replacement. It cost more in labour than in parts. INR 800 in total. Check for dell service center in your city if you can't find a local repair shop.
