which laptop brand has the best service? I know I’ve had good experience with Lenovo Thinkpads in the past.

Well. if framework ever released that will be my go to for recommending and i would love to get one as im goint to uni soon

Probably very poor as evidenced by their poor support threads on Reddit. I think one should stick to established brands if warranty support is important. I had good experience with Lenovo Thinkpad as well.

My personal experience with MSI was horrible. The build quality and thermals are the worst. I had a display issue with mine and they didn't offer any solution, I had to import a replacement display and replace it myself. Stick to Lenovo.

Gigabyte, lenovo has decent service and so is dell
