Laptop/Netbook under 20k

As the titles suggests, i need a netbook/laptop in the mentioned budget.

-I'd be using it as a 24x7 Download Rig.

-Some movie watching.

-Should have a HDMI output.

-2 GB RAM ones i;m looking for.

-at least 320 gigs of HDD space.

-If it has USB 3.0 outs, then it is good other wise the other ones are not a problem for -me.

-Screen Size isnt a problem for me.

-Should give at least 3-4 hours backup on battery.

-Cheaper the better.

I have found these going in favour with my requirements.

Thanks for your suggestion. I am eyeing the 1215B the most. Came to know that is is available with AMD E-350 Fusion processor too? Does anybody has any idea about its pricing?

I dont have exact idea about the price but should be around 25k.
