Laptops Laptop not loading OS Help Reqd

Hi Guys, I need help, My Toshiba Satellite L-305-S5877 Laptop (Product Link) is not loading any OS, Windows 7 or Linux Distro.

I can get into BIOS, but I get BSOD while loading Windows 7 exactly when we see the Logo being formed,
While loading any Linux distro the screen gets stuck at cursor & does not load the OS at all.

I have tested :

1.Both the RAM sticks with Memtest86+, 10 Passes test with Absolute no Errors, so i think RAM is Fine.

2.I connected the Hard Disk to my Desktop to see if windows loads properly & yes I was able to Boot/RUN windows 7 properly with that same HDD on my Desktop, NO Errors or BSOD.

So RAM & HDD r fine.

Can any plz guide me what could be problem, Can the problem be resolved by ourself,
If not, can you please suggest a Good Laptop Repairing service Center/Store at Lamington Road or Mumbai.

But I would suggest you go to the Toshiba ASC if you don't mind paying slightly higher prices.
 
imo 1st go to prime abgb and check the cost.if they overcharge go to a local vendor at lamington road and ask a few more shops.me myself am looking to repair a old laptop of mine and gonna make a trip to lammy soon.

Thanks will visit Primeabgb first, didnt knew they service laptops, Toshiba ASC last resort.

Went to a local vendor at LR, he was clueless said its a HDD or RAM fault, but i confirmed later it was not that fault.

Did that too, but still problem persists
 
how old is the laptop?was there any overheating problem before this i.e. laptop just shut off itself? try booting from a live cd or bootable usb?
 
laptop is 2yr old, Yes the laptop used to shut off itself in middle randomly as if removed its battery.

Tried booting thru Linux live cd/usb but still not loading...
