21-30k Laptop suggestion needed <= 23k

Need to buy a laptop for my friend. His budget is 20k which can be extended to max 23k.

15.6inch compulsory
i3 processor
320GB hard disk
2gb ram minimum
Good after sales service
No heating issues

Also please post if the above configuration is available with 14inch screen. I will try to convince him.

Thanks Pradeep, but I am looking 14 inchers, coz 15.6 inch are so big & bulky. Its like carrying elephant with you.

Why do you want i3 for? Which i3 are you referring to?
The difference between i3 and b950 is little, so for his needs I think a b950 will suffice. It would also be cheaper.
