31-40k Laptop suggestions for some regular work and browsing?

Budget - I kept the budget as 40k but I can go until 50k based on the laptop speed/features.
Usage - Im looking for something with speed and performance. Not much of productivity, multimedia or gaming (already own a Gaming pc) but for regular browsing and downloading movies a such.
Preferences - 15" display. Good sounding speakers (I got disappointed with the volume in previous Dell Inspiron 15).

1)Are the Intel 13th,14th generations CPUs still messing up with those crashes? Or they are applicable to Desktops only ?
2)Is it suggestible to give the old laptop in exchange to Amazon / Flipkart. I usually am bit paranoid even though I would clean and wipe everything out, Just like phones exchanges.

Intel claims microcode issue is not for laptop processor but other sources claim it affects it as well.

My personal experience with a Acer Nitro V. i5-13420H with RTX 4050. Bought in Dec 2023. Computer started crashing at first with multiple BSOD then completely went dead. Replaced the motherboard last month. So lets see how long this lasts. Maybe the intel issue or maybe my work load was bit too much with davinci resolve and playing around with LLMs.

So my suggestion would be to get a AMD laptop instead of an intel like Lenovo V15. Link

So I see everyone suggesting 7730U CPU , anything better than that CPU if I ought to purchase after 1-2 months later Like during Christmas?
Also if there is anything in Asus instead of the Acer or Lenovo?
What do you think about this Model from Asus, its not Ryzen 5 but 3 and CPU is also a lower series
ASUS Vivobook Go 15. This is 2023 model by the way.

I'd rate Asus & Acer on same bracket with Dell, HP & Lenovo above them, mainly based on after sales support.

If you want OLED, get OLED. Expect non expandable RAM from Asus OLED models.

After sale support for Lenovo and HP are better than others, I didn't knew this actually. I always thought ASUS has wide range of products than compared to others so they must be better in services in tier 1 cities to say the least.

So you are suggesting anything to check with atleast 6 (hexa) core AMD 7000 series is good for decent laptop to start considering?!

The laptop with hexa core CPU I suggested is not true Ryzen 7000 CPU but still much better than competition.

Problem with poor service of Asus is low sales volume. The wait time for spare parts are long & Gamers Nexus did a big expose on their shitty RMA practices some time back. Asus was never top tier, just average. Even Dell, HP & Lenovo are just above average, we don't good after sales in India.

in this budget you can get a 840 g8 which is very versatile touchscreen laptop with i5 11th gen 16gb 256. i bought two a month ago for 35k and has 6 months official warranty left as well.
