Please suggest me Laptop under 25-26k . Optical Drive needed and should not be 15.6 , need to get in 4 days,

• What will be your primary usage for the notebook be? (e.g. web surfing/office apps/Casual Gaming) : Basic Home Video editing, Graphic Designing , Office Work .
  
• What size and weight considerations do you have? (e.g. Do you want a 17" desktop replacement or you want an ultraportable 12" or something in between) Should not be 15.6 or greater
  
• Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest? (e.g some would prefer to stay away from Acer or Dell). The brand whose post sales service rocks
  
  , Asus , Acer and Toshiba offer some great VFM options unless there post sales sucks....no reason for
  
• Any other considerations? (e.g Battery life; Widescreen/non-widescreen; Glossy/Matte screen etc.). Should have a optical drive, as it for my parents who have tons of RD Burman Discs .

thanks but cant go above 26 k is its an approval from a company and its not a matter of chiping something from my own...but will mess up the accounting.

hence has to be 26.6 to be precise , or lesser in bill value.
