31-40k Laptop under 40k

Hello,My friend wants to buy a laptop which he wants to use for animation,compositing,photoshop.Atleast core i5, 4gb ram and 1GB or less graphic card.
What's your Budget? Upto 40k but the cheaper the better
What will be your primary usage for the notebook be? Animation,Compositing (photoshop CS, Maya,After Effects) watching movies and net surfing.
What size and weight considerations do you have? 15.6" or more
Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest?No specific preference.
Any other considerations? Nope
Few suggestions would be helpful.He had considered Aspire V3-571G-9435 but it's little out of budget.

Can't, thanks to my pity connection. 7730M is only in SE (special edition) which will increase your budget to 50k+. Normal inspiron 15r has 7670M which is good enough.
