Almost same specs as the Acer 4530. Only 5k more expensive man

On another note, since your budget is upto 40, dell inspiron 1525/1410/ vostro series etc are all in your price range

The Acer has the 9100M integrated nforce chipset with the same 1.9Ghz proccy

Thats a decent performing chipset. Again 14". Only diff is 1Gb RAM is less. Thats just 1 k to put in. Price is ~30k :bleh:
