Let me run you down through the options.
1. HP Pavillion Dv6-3225TX MRP Rs. 43,750.
HP Pavilion dv6-3225tx Entertainment Notebook PC (LQ920PA) specifications - HP Home & Home Office products
You get an awesome ATI 6550M 1GB Graphics card (slightly more powerful than 5650) a core i5 480M processor, 4GB Ram and 500GB HDD. I think its an awesome deal
2. Lenovo Z570 MRP 43K

You get a sandybridge Core i5 2410M processor, 3GB Ram, 640gb hdd and an Nvidia GT 520M 1 GB graphics card. The GPU is okay for casual gaming but the latest and greatest games will not play ultra smooth on it.
3. Sony Vaio EB 46 MRP 47990, street price is 44.5k

Core i5 480M, 4GB Ram, 500 GB Hdd, 1GB ATI 5650 GPU. Nothing special or attractive specs wise here, go for it if you like the looks of it or love sony. Otherwise its not highly recommended.
There are other options out there but I have not listed them here as they are not sensible purchases IMO. XPS 15 base costs you 48k + 900 but you get i3 2310M which is worse than i5 480m that you are getting with HP and that too for almost 6k more. The GPU is also worse.
Then there is Lenovo Y560 with 1GB ATI 5730 but it costs 49K, no value at all when your getting same or better performance at much less.
So my recommendation is go for the first option, but if you can stretch your budget by 2k then do check this laptop out

Its phenomenal VFM, a sandybridge Quad Core i7 CPU, ATI 6770 1 GB GDDR5 GPU, 4GB, 500GB. It will be so much more powerful than anything else in the price range. And it will be more future proof also with a kickass graphics card and quad core processor.
