I am using Compaq V6000 lappy, today while doing casual browsing in Ubuntu, it got freezes suddenly. I tried to stop the applications but it was not responding. Hence i forcefully shut down it. Now when i try to start it wont boot. Lappy starts but i cant get any Grub loading sign and display also wont start. I think there is some major hardware failure. How can i get back my lappy, i have very important data on it and i dont have backup for it.
My lappy was out of warranty now so can any one tell me about good servicing center in pune as company service center is costly in terms of labour charges and i have very bad experience with them.
Any solution for this?
