OK so pretty much every game in my 360 library has been exhausted and even Mafia II is over now. So with the wait continuing for Spiderman Shattered Dimensions & H.A.W.X II to come out, I decided to try a Lara Croft title. I have only played (and completed) Tomb Raider: Underworld till now. Come to think of it, I just remembered completing Legends on my PS2. I think it was so short that I could hardly recollect completing it. If it's the Tomb Raider which had a snowy level in it that had us riding a bike in the mission (Kazakhstan I think), then I have completed it.

Now my question is, how good is Tomb Raider Anniversary? Gameplay? Graphics? Widescreen support? X360 controller support?

Also how long is the game and how difficult are the puzzles compared to Legends and Underworld?

Yes you have completed legend.

Anniversary is a masterpiece for me till now.The music of it is excellent compared to its other titles.

How good?
if you ask me it is an amazing game.Actually it is a remake of the original tomb raider.

Gameplay.

Quite good and enjoying. But there are some levels where you have to take the advantage of your environment fully. It do have certain glitches like the camera angles. But they are not much of a problem.

The boss fights are very satisfying but a bit tough compared to its other titles.Same goes for puzzle solving.
The environments are quite good too. There are some levels which are quite flabbergasting.

If i remember correctly there is a level where you have to approach a midas statue. :D;) try that without any walkthrough. One of my favourite level .:D

Gfx
a bit better than legend. But since its based on same legend engine its more or less similar to it.

as far as i remember it has widescreen support.

Anyways i liked the game more than underworld. It still remains one of the best tomb raider title.

Thanks buddy. Appreciate the prompt response. I got the game installed and I'll let you know how it turns out. Been reading about a couple of glitches being plagued in the 360 version, hope they don't come across in the PC version too.

LOL try out every title from Crystal Dynamics. It is not how Core Design developed the previous titles. You are bound to like them. ;)

I had already posted about the experience in the other thread. I wouldn't want to Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V it here, so do read that as well.
