But this is going to be an international txn which is always much more hassle for anything related to chargeback/refund especially since ebay has no official presence here anymore. Better to just ask some friend/relative living abroad where ebay has official presence to buy on your behalf & check so it can be returned there itself in case of an issue else they can bring it back in their personal luggage whenever they make a return trip here.

I got not friend or relative overseas. And someone told me they bought from eBay, shipped from China without problem.
