Storage Solutions Large capacity laptop drive (200+ GB)

I'm looking for a large capacity hard drive for my laptop. I need at least 200-250GB.
Ideally I'd like something even bigger but 250GB was the biggest I could find on the net.
How much would one of them cost & where can I get them either in Pune or Mumbai?

250 is the current largest size for a 2.5" HDD

you'll need to carry around external HDDs for more space
