I had a similar experience with him.(But not in TE)

Order placed for VX 450.More than one month wait He told me the product not in stock.Then i got Razer Death Adder for that amount from him.

I bought stuffs from KMD,Phoenix,Rahul,Praashant,Mediahome and Amarbir.All are Great dealers.

Damn..you are so correct. She was the correspondent for my case too. After delivery she never replies to ANY mail. My monitor still does not have a service tag...!!..??
 
These Dell ones confused me lot i have to buy ST2210 model so i call up dell store in Nehru place they told that they don`t sell there own monitors.

The price Dell S2209W here quoted is Rs.10120/-

Same monitor which SMC is giving in the price tag of Rs.8750

Just call their, service helpline number, or raise a query on the website. They ideally call back, or send a standard quotation in the mail..within 24 hours.

Dell LCD don't have any service tag number,and u just need to have u r order no. for getting service.Every LCD comes with a order no.
