Monitors LCD Buying advice needed.

I dont think it has an HDMI port.
But the lcd is really good, I had read a lot about colors and contrasts, etc, etc. But This one is really nice.
I can stand almost to the left or right of the lcd and still read the screen very clearly.
Theres options for text, movies, games, etc (one click preset)

The hardware guy I buy from is my old school friend, on the phone he said 9600RS, when I went to his shop he made it 8900RS. Actually he has charged only 8599 approx and added 320 as vat and rounded it up to 8900Rs

After 4 years of 17" crt this wide 19 inch seems really great, so much more space to dow work with.

No. not a good price. my friend got it for 8K a week back.
 
Still not much off a difference, and since I dont bargain with my hardware guy he always gives me quick service. Prices in Goa will be a bit higher than major cities, so I'd say 8600 is not bad.
